1. Acceptance of Terms. By selecting “Connect to Internet,” you confirm that you have read, understand, and agree to these Terms & Conditions of Use (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. Nature of Service. This guest Wi‑Fi is a complimentary convenience. We may restrict bandwidth, block sites, limit session length, or suspend access at our discretion. Availability and speed are not guaranteed.
3. Permitted Use. You agree to use the network lawfully and responsibly. Prohibited activities include, without limitation: copyright infringement; sending spam or malware; attempting unauthorized access; network scanning; illegal downloads; harassment; or any activity that disrupts others.
4. Privacy & Data. We may log device identifiers (e.g., MAC address), IP assignments, connection times, volume of data, and high‑level domain requests for security, capacity planning, and troubleshooting. Personal information that you voluntarily provide (e.g., name, email) will be used to administer access and communicate service notices. We do not sell your personal data.
5. Security. Wireless communications may be subject to interception. Do not transmit sensitive information unless you use end‑to‑end encryption (e.g., HTTPS, VPN). You are responsible for your device’s security, updates, and anti‑malware software.
6. Content Filtering. We may employ content filtering or blocklists to protect the network and comply with policy or law. Such controls may inadvertently block legitimate sites or permit undesired content; we assume no liability for such outcomes.
7. No Emergency Services. This service does not provide or replace emergency calling. In an emergency, use a phone and dial your local emergency number.
8. Indemnity. You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless the service provider and venue from claims arising from your use of the network or violation of these Terms.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties. THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE,” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON‑INFRINGEMENT, OR RELIABILITY.
10. Limitation of Liability. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, revenue, or profits, arising from or related to your use of the service.
11. Termination. We may suspend or terminate access at any time for any reason, including policy violations, security concerns, or network management needs.
12. Governing Law. These Terms are governed by the laws of the location where the service is provided. You consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in that location.
13. Changes. We may update these Terms at any time by posting an updated version on this portal; continued use constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
